Simplicity 4945; ca. 1944; Misses' Dress: The skirt front is styled with a center pleat and soft pleats at either side. The skirt back is seamed on each side of the center. In style I the waist front and tied ends are cut in one to form a soft bow at the neck. Style II has a buttoned-front opening to the hip. The high neckline and short sleeves are smartly shaped and the ribbon belt is finished with a bow.
