Mother's Sanctum is the tomb of Brigid, or at least the resting-place of some of her wonders. It is located in the far North, near the Bordermarches, buried in and under a sizable glacier. The party had to summon a metody, a small Demon of the First Circle that produces vitriol, to get to it. Entrance is through a series of seven crystal doors which only open when someone answers their riddles correctly. Furthermore, each correctly answered riddle rewarded the party with a Band of Faith, for a total of seven. Behind the final door, asking "What was Brigid's sin?" lies a smaller circular room with a high ceiling, containing the Loom of the Maker among other things. It is a powerful Air manse, and its new owner suspects that the extent of its function hasn't been revealed yet.

One long hallway, formerly a dead end, has been restored to its former function as a Gate of Auspicious Passage. Its other end is in Brigid's former quarters in Meru.
