The Austria and others timeline (I wouldn't consider this as a proper alternate history, but a "parallel history") tells the story of the world along with the humans, but a bit later than them, appear an entire group of species, classified as "anthropomorphic". All of them, while having some similarities with humans (including being bipedal) physically, humans classify these species as being more similar with canids (these species still have tail and fur all over its bodies, by example). By the most part of them have the same common ancestor than feral foxes, and other canids, they are called "vulpines". Anyway, the storyline is more focused in the history of the world after the Middle Ages (especially because before 1066, almost all happened as in the OTL), than the difference between the species.
