Neil Hawryliw (born November 19, 1957) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey right winger who played in one National Hockey League game for the New York Islanders during the 1981–82 NHL season. He played junior hockey for the Saskatoon Blades from 1974 to 1976. Despite scoring almost 200 points in these three seasons, Hawryliw was not drafted by the NHL. He joined the Muskegon Mohawks in 1976, scoring 37 goals in 1977-78. That got him a free agent contract from the New York Islanders in 1978.
