The spacers came out of hyperspace and engaged the Orbital Defense Cannons before breaking through to the surface. After the factory was wiped out, Sabaoth Squadron reinforcements led by Lieutenant Bella in the Reaver arrived in orbit and began salvaging the wrecked cannons.
