- An interview between Hakusensha and Kure revealed the latter's difficulty in drawing Len Tsukimori during her time as the character designer of Kiniro no Corda. By contrast, she found it quite easy to draw Kazuki Hihara and young female characters. In this same interview, Kure also revealed her previous experience in playing the piano which she felt was refreshing. She also expressed a desire to play other musical instruments like the cello, bassoon and tuba. When drawing manga, she often finds inspiration in other LaLa manga artists such as Reiko Shimizu, Natsumi Itsuki and Kyōko Hikawa.
