The Empire is bordered by the nation of Kislev to the north east, the Sea of Claws to the north west, the Worlds Edge Mountains to the east, the land of Bretonnia to the west, and the Border Princes to the south. The Empire is ruled by an Emperor who is chosen by the electors. Karl Franz, Elector Count of Reikland, is the current Emperor.

The shorts are black, and the socks are white, with a thin blue stripe. The goalkeeper uniform is dark blue with light yellow sleeves with blue stripes and a light yellow collar. The shorts are dark gray, and gloves are yellow. The captain's band is yellow.
- The Empire is an imperium present in the Price of Loyalty setting. Represented by various towns in Heroes of Might and Magic II, it is the primary playable faction in The Price of Loyalty, the expansion pack's flagship campaign. Throughout the campaign, the Empire is almost universally signified by the Blue player's flag.
- The Empire is an alliance in My Land, My Kingdom. It was founded by Delta1212, Shamedmonkey, and Moth.

- The Empire Overview The Empire is comprised primarily of Ska'ari and Keldonians, though a scattering of other races can be found among its ranks. The oldest and wealthiest of the factions, the Empire was founded some time after the First Great War ended, when the power-hungry Ska'ari native Lar'nak proclaimed himself Emperor of the Universe. This declaration eventually split the universe and inadvertently led to the formation of the other factions, as well as instigated the Second Great War.
