Busy Fizzie appeared in Mopatop's Shop in the episode "Go Slow". His trademark are that he are busy all the time and he came into the shop to give Mopatop some busy things that he was to busy to be busy with and while he was there he wanted things that could make him go even faster. Unfortunately for him Lamont had just started to work in the shop and he was going to fetch the things Busy Fizzie ordered, that meant that it took some time to get the things from the shops stock. Lamont ended up convincing Busy Fizzie that slow was better than fast and he declared that from now on he was going to be known as Slow Mo.
