Vajna and Kassar eventually became partners again in 2002 to form C2 Pictures and released a few documentaries, foreign films as well as presented the sequels Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (scored by Marco Beltrami), Basic Instinct 2 and Terminator: Salvation in addition to producing the acclaimed Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, which ran for two seasons on the FOX television network.
