The Race Track Module, Rank 2 is a one-slot Module used in Rank 3. A guest with a Race Car, Rank 2 can spend a Solar Power Cell to race the owner of the Race track. A winner is randomly decided. If the guest wins, receives two Victory Ribbons, and if the host wins, receives the Stunt Track Module, Rank 2 Blueprint. As with all Race and Stunt Track Modules, the chance that you win is biased towards the owner of the module.
