Ambassador Tos was a Vulcan male who served the Confederacy of Vulcan on Earth in the mid-22nd century. In 2151, Tos, along with Ambassador Soval and Subcommander T'Pol, conferred with Admirals Maxwell Forrest and Daniel Leonard recommending the Vulcans take responsibility and bring the Klingon courier Klaang back to Qo'noS, following the crash-landing of his ship, regardless of the fact the incident occurred on Earth soil. They also recommended that the launch of Enterprise (NX-01) should be delayed until the situation could be resolved. However, Captain Jonathan Archer convinced his superiors to have Enterprise bring Klaang back to Qo'noS, over the Vulcans' objections. (ENT episode & novelization: Broken Bow)
