Stephen accidentally interviewed him for an edition of Better Know A District, because Jimmy or someone screwed up the production notes and got Sexton instead of the 3rd's sitting Representative James Saxton. Thinking on his feet with his immense human brain (which is not the result of being descended from monkeys), Stephen created a new segment on the fly called Better Know A Challenger.
