The third of five children, Park was educated at the Rungrado Public Charter School on Rungrado Island in Seogyeong, an exclusive charter school for talented and gifted students. She received her education through all three levels of education at the Rungrado Academies, attending the Seogyeong Girls Academy for secondary school, and graduating from the National University of Business at Rungrado with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 2012, and a Masters in Business Administration in 2014.
