The Kull Beast is a rare and powerful Zerg strain. One of its most distinctive attributes is the presence of two heads. Very few strains can handle the neural backlash of having more than one head other ones that spawn smaller organisms. Each head is ferocious and more intelligent than regular low level breeds. Each head also has a nearly insatiable appetite for biomass and destruction (Transformers - G1: Hun-Gurrr). What separates the two is that both utilize different types of weapons (Legend of Zelda: Trinexx; How to Train Your Dragon: Hideous Zippleback). Special abilities:

  • The Kull Beast is a rare and powerful Zerg strain. The right head often breaths out toxic gas or fluid that corrodes whatever matter it hits. The second head screams sonic attacks to shatter, knock back, or stun targets. Should any of these attacks not work, Kull beasts fall back to ripping enemies apart with claws that can shred through most metal alloys. Like an Ultralisk, the beast's hunger can force them into a frenzy making them immune to many forms of indirect attack. This coupled with their very tough carapaces makes it difficult to take them down with anything less than anti-tank weaponry. Enemy forces usually need specialized units to take down the beasts before they Gorge themselves on barely protected resource fields. As a side effect of their digestive and other fluids, Kull beasts expel an unusual type of substance that quickly form into a "Rich Mineral-like" Node. This Fool's Node tends to attract workers of any race. Once enough workers gather around it, they begin attacking each other until there is only one left. This lone survivor immediately takes the Node whole and disappears from the battlefield without a trace leaving enemy forces short on workers (American Dad: The Golden Turd). Though Kull Beasts are among the most deadly of breeds, their high cost in feeding and questionable returns tend to make most swarms reluctant to spawn them. Special abilities: * Burrow - unit can burrow making it invisible to enemy forces without detector support * Frenzied (passive) - Kull Beast is immune to stun, slow, and mind control effects * Gorge - devours a target resource node and returns 1% to allies * Fool's Node - spawns a fake Rich Mineral node that causes workers units to fight each other. Remaining worker then takes the node and disappears from battle
