Two different versions of the TC620 were available in different markets in 1996. A version with a resoncast body was sold worldwide in 1995 and continued to be offered in Japan as well as Asia and South American markets through 1997. This version with an ash body was offered in Europe and the USA in 1996. This TC620 features an ash body bolted to a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include dual Sky soapbar-style pickguard-mounted humbucking pickups and a floating synchronized tremolo bridge.
