On 10 October 3524, one group of communists unhappy with the route of the left parties in Indrala, stole some rifles from a police station, and began a long march in Jiaozhi. After 2 days marching, the group decidui make real a decision of the Communist Party of Indrala, forming the People's Revolutionary Administrative Military Council. Thus, joined this group a few simple soldiers and several generals, unhappy with the treatment they received in the armed forces and willing to carry out a coup and proclaim a military government.

On 25 October 3524, occupied the seat of the Provincial Government of Jiaozhi, and arrested all members of the Provincial Government. Under pressure from the local population, the People's Revolutionary Administrative Military Council, proclaimed a parallel revolutionary government, designated as Provisional Military Government of Jiaozhi. In this way, this ephemeral government laid the foundation for the national revolution and declared himself the only newest legitimate government of Indrala. As such, on 31 October 3524 , the members of P.R.A.M.C., have decided to change the name of the government to Provisional Revolutionary Government of Indrala. Later that day, the P.R.A.M.C. has decided reorganize itself to start a civil war and went into exile in the capital of Rildanor, from where passed to operate.
