Elizabeth “Liz” Sheridan, born April 10, 1929, in New York City, is an American actress. She played Helen Seinfeld, Jerry’s mother, on Seinfeld. Prior to Seinfeld, Liz starred in ALF, as neighbor Raquel Ochmonek. She also appeared as a guest on the game show Super Password. She is the only recurring guest star to appear at least once in each and every season of Seinfeld.
