UWF is famous for giving new members to the e-fed game a kick start and a push in the right direction and it prides itself on doing so. UWF however does not lack it's veteran e-fedders, with 'The Iceman' Dean James at the helm and JD Nitro on it's roster along with several other big name talents. The UWF allows every a chance to succeed and does not simply rely on a few stars to take it to the top, of course, these stars have to earn it.
