They do. A cancer in a plant can result in a 'gall' or abnormal number of cells on the plant. The cancers can be caused by a variety of agents, which are often quite different to those affecting humans or animals. A well-known example is caused by a species of wasp, which induces the cancer, and then lays its eggs inside the resulting gall.
