The Bee-keeper's Review was founded in 1888 by William Z. Hutchinson as its editor and proprietor. Hutchinson continued in this capacity until his death in 1911. The Review continued circulation in July 1911 under E. B. Tyrrell. However, Tyrrell only retained control over the periodical until May 1912, when he sold it to the National Beekeepers' Association to use as their official organ. It is no longer published.
