When Leia Organa Solo took office in the year 11 ABY, Raethor was promoted as the ranking Agent-in-Charge of ECSF. Raethor was born in the year 19 BBY to Rachelle and Nidan Raethor. Both his parents were on Alderaan for a peace conference when it was destroyed at the hands of the Empire. His parents' deaths prompted him to join the Rebellion. In the year following the death of Emperor Palpatine, Raethor met and fell in love with Rhiannon Celkane. They married in the year 6 ABY. Their daughter, Lisele was born in 7 ABY, and their son, Heaton in the year 11 ABY.
