David Davis was profiled on America’s Most Wanted, and the case was documented on American Justice and Forensic Files after Davis was captured. In 1993, A TV-movie, "Victim of Love: The Shannon Mohr Story" was released on the case. Results: Solved. After several years on the run, David was finally arrested by U.S. Marshals in Samoa. He was convicted of Shannon's murder and sentenced to life in prison. David Davis died in a prison hospital in 2014.
