OOM-14, an OOM command B1 battle droid with masculine programming, was manufactured by Baktoid Armor Workshop for the Trade Federation Droid Army. The battle droid was in command of a small force and responsible for operating and guarding a droid control program, a physical brown cube, located near the city of Harte Secur during the invasion of the planet Naboo in the year 32 BBY. He was defeated by the Royal Naboo Security Forces of Harte Secur, and the program was lost, rendering OOM-14's forces useless and deactivated. Trade Federation Viceroy Nute Gunray tasked OOM-9, the command droid leading the invasion, with retrieving the program, and upon doing so, OOM-14's forces were reactivated.
