Frederick John "Frock" Lowrey (b. August 12, 1902 in Ottawa, Ontario - d. January 24, 1968) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 54 games in the National Hockey League for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Montreal Maroons. He started out in the Ottawa City Senior League with the Ottawa Munitions and in the Quebec City League with the Quebec Royal Rifles. Lowrey then played two seasons (1922-23 and 1923-24) with New Haven in the United States Amateur Hockey Association. Lowrey then played in the minor pros until his first retirement in 1932.

January 24, 1968) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 54 games in the National Hockey League for the Pittsburgh Pirates and Montreal Maroons. He started out in the Ottawa City Senior League with the Ottawa Munitions and in the Quebec City League with the Quebec Royal Rifles. Lowrey then played two seasons (1922-23 and 1923-24) with New Haven in the United States Amateur Hockey Association. The Montreal Maroons signed him as a free agent in 1924. He scored one assist in 27 games for the Maroons in 1924-25. The following season he scored one goal in 10 games with Montreal and then was accquired by the Pittsburgh Pirates where he played in 16 scoreless games. That marked the end of his NHL career. Lowrey then played in the minor pros until his first retirement in 1932. He came back to play senior hockey for the Ottawa Rideaus, Ottawa RCAF Flyers, and Trenton RCAF Flyers until his final retirement in 1937.
