| - Urien (ユリアン Yurian?) is a video game character from the Street Fighter series, and made his debut in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact. A brutal, emotionally unstable, and power hungry man, his true identity is that of the president of the Street Fighter series' later antagonists, the Illuminati, second only to his Emperor and brother, Gill. As the Illuminati values fighting as a means of dominance and superiority in their Darwinist society, Urien wields its composite made fighting style, all highly inspired by Greek Pankration and even to the use of arcane powers known only to its members.
- Urien is a character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact, voiced by Yuji Ueda, and in 3rd Strike, voiced by Lawrence Bayne. In Street Fighter V, Urien appears one of the DLC characters and is voiced by Masayuki Kato in the Japanese version but in the English version of the game, he is voiced by Bill Rogers.
- He is tall with short red hair that has a tail down to the back of his neck.

- Urien was a legendary king of the area of Rheged in what is now the north of England and south of Scotland (including Cumbria and Westmorland). The Book of Taliesin includes eight praise poems about Urien, some of which describe his battles. In the Historia Brittonum he is said to have been part of a coalition of kings fighting the Angles. The historical Urien would probably have died in the last quarter of the sixth century. His son was Owain. According to some traditions, Owain's mother was Modron, the daughter of the king of Annwfn (the other world), and he had a twin sister Morfudd.
- Urien was the Matah of the Aachim of Aachan, who survived the destruction of her home planet by escaping through a gate to Santhenar. She was largely responsible, along with Vithis, for the harsh treatment of Tiaan Liise-Mar in the Aachim camp following the battle of Snizort and later presided over Tirior's execution.

- Urien is the younger brother of Gill, who bears an intense grudge against him, stemming from an inferiority complex. Like Gill, he too is subject to genetic modifications and training programs under the Illuminati. His inferiority stems mainly from his emotional instability. Being the second strongest member of the Illuminati, Urien originally holds the position of the Vice President of the organization during the tournament of Street Fighter III 2nd Impact, outranked only by Gill who serves as the President.
