A few questions; Firstly is their a minimum number of edits one must maintain to keep the position of a certain faction(s)? (i.e. a Monthly requirement) Another is in regards to "Name", For name do you want the username ( Like for me it would be Gh0st93) Or are you asking for actual names? And on the topic of gender is it a mandatory question? (I personally don't care, But I wanted to ask in hopes of a clear answer being given so that way someone may not be confused or offended by the question.) I ask these questions in hopes to clarify some possible questions others might have.

I would recommend having a user take certain pages if their is substantial or ongoing work to be done, that way you don't have 3 or 4 people all trying to do the same page in their own way over and over again while other pages get neglected. Second It's Usernames. Third, it's not mandatory, but it makes it easier to address that person, rather than accidentally calling a male she or female he. As you can see on the box like thing for each faction, pages will be put there, then users will each decide which page to take (members will have to write taken by xxxx. Once the page is taken by that member, he'll be prioritized for the page. Of course other users/members can correct it after the member finish editing. There's about all, i hope i helped.
