Reginald Eric "Reg" Hill (16 May 1914 – fourth quarter of 1999) was an art director, storyboard artist, model-maker, carpenter, engineer, and photographer who worked on numerous Gerry Anderson productions, including Stingray and Space: 1999. At some point in his life, he got married to a woman called Lily. David Elliott claimed that Hill could draw a plan upside-down, meaning a person who was seated on the opposite side of the desk from him could see it the right way up. Hill reportedly had a daughter called Babs.

David Elliott claimed that Hill could draw a plan upside-down, meaning a person who was seated on the opposite side of the desk from him could see it the right way up. According to Gerry Anderson, Hill was fastidious and got ridiculed on a regular basis as a result. Bill James described him as being "very precise with what he wanted" and "a stickler for detail". Roger Woodburn described Hill as "Very dour and very direct.". Hill reportedly had a daughter called Babs.
