abstract	Rumblor and the other Somets were banished to the basement milennia ago by an ancient team of Toa. Over the years, they became the surviving eight and were released by Vezon. He was paired with Illusion in the Tag-Team Tournament, and was up against Gorast and Vamprah in the first round. He didnt really battle much except for to fire his cannon a few times, and Illusion won almost singlehandedly. In the next round, they were up against Antroz and Kirka. This time Rumblor did the majority of the fighting, and Illusion mainly stalled Antroz until Kirka got Rumblor to reveal his true form. Rumblor then took them both down with his cannon and elemental power. After the battle, Illusion claimed the house for the Somets, which caused the other teams to attack them. Rumblor battled Takanuva and the AV Matoran to a stalemate, but the Somets retreated. Rumblor wasn't seen again until the final battle, where he battled Takanuva and the AV Matoran again, and with the help of the Shadow Matoran, was defeated and Takanuva revealed the truth that Vezon and Teridax were using them to gain power, so he followed Takanuva, the other leaders, and the Somets to Vezon and Teridax's lair, where their path was blocked by Load. The Somets offered to fight Load while everyone else went ahead. Rumblor switched to his real form and hit load with several powerful blasts before Load decided to destroy him. Load fired his laser and Rumblor fired a lightning bolt, but he was overpowered and killed.
