abstract
  • A deepdock fleet was a formation of the Imperial Navy commanded by a fleet admiral. It was comprised of a force escort, two deepdock complexes, an engineering corps, two force technical services, and a force support, for an average of 280 support starships. Information on them was included in the official field manual for the Imperial Military, Imperial Handbook: A Commander's Guide, including critical information on the deepdock complexes. After the book was released to Alliance High Command in the aftermath of the Battle of Endor, Carlist Rieekan found this information and used it for a plan to overtake the Vorzyd sector.
