When a player sits on the throne, stalagmites will appear on both sides of the throne and crystals displaying the Elf clans will rotate on the ground around the throne. The effect when sitting on the throne improves when a player wearing a trimmed completionist cape sits on it. The player may also recharge Prayer points and Summoning points by right-clicking the throne and choosing "Admire". Possessing the completionist cape is not required to do this.
