The DLT-20A is a long-barreled rifle (known as a longblaster) with a top-mounted rangefinder and electronic sight. It is one of the few blaster models produced with a magnatomic adhesion grip, keeping the weapon firmly in the wielder's hand. With additional collimating rings and longer conduits of galven circuitry, these rifles have improved consistency in their shots and are prized for their accuracy. The DLT-20A is sometimes seen as the rival to another longblaster, also built by BlasTech; the A280. This is due to the other weapon commonly being used by the Rebel Alliance and New Republic.
