Dive Missile (ダイブミサイル Daibu Misairu?) is Dive Man's special weapon. It fires special Homing Missiles that can lock onto nearby targets, chasing them down before striking. Despite its aquatic-themed name, the user does not need to be underwater to use it, utilising two forms of propulsion depending on the user's environment. Underwater, the Dive Missile utilises Screw Propulsion, whilst on dry land, it instead uses Jet Propulsion. It is Drill Man's weakness. The Dive Missile is the only weapon besides Flash Stopper to have only one weakness or semi-weakness.

The homing system of the weapon is a bit quirky and unpredictable, so the weapon requires more precise timing than most others to use properly. A notable case is when using the weapon against Taketentos: if the shot is timed improperly (and sometimes even when timed right), the missile will either do a series of completely unnecessary spirals before belatedly hitting its target, chase after the rotor portion of the enemy, or fly straight off the screen without locking onto any target. The Dive Missile is the only weapon besides Flash Stopper to have only one weakness or semi-weakness.
