  • Nutorious: The Time Squad go back to the time of George Washington Carver, who actually is doing what he was famous for in history. The trouble comes when it's revealed that George Washington Carver has an evil twin brother, Todd Washington Carver- out to make George look bad. Note: This is the first episode where the problem was caused not by the history figure in question but by an outside force
  • Big Al's Big Secret: The Time Squad travel to 1945, where Albert Einstein is now a brash car salesman in Texas
  • A Sandwich by Any Other Name: The Earl of Sandwich gives his new food a disgusting name, 'Stinky pile of poo', which he claimed that was his mothers maiden name. while the Larry 3000's souffles become a sensation
  • Planet of the Flies: When Tuddrussel squashes a fly in the Stone Age, it causes a butterfly effect where the future is ruled by giant flies
  • Never Look a Trojan in the Gift Horse: The Time Squad crew help the Spartans defeat the Trojans when the General of the Spartans, Simon- wants to be nice to the king of Troy because it's his birthday. First they bring in a giant horse filled with candy, then a giant giraffe filled with chocolate solders. Tuddrussel threatens General Simon to use real solders. Simon works it out. Then finally they send a giant solder that revealed to have Spanish wild horses inside. The horses destroy Troy, sadly for the General Simon, who just wanted the King to have a good birthday. Otto is disappointed that it didn't go over like the history books said, but at least the deed was done. Series premiere
  • Ludwig van Bone-Crusher: The Time Squad get sent to the time of the great musician Ludwig van Beethoven, who is now a pro-wrestler fighting other classical musicians turned wrestlers--and Tuddrussel challenges Beethoven to a match to preserve the dignity of wrestling
  • Shop Like an Egyptian: A mission to keep Cleopatra from turning the pyramids into a mall proves difficult when Tuddrussell falls in love with Cleopatra and Larry wants to help Cleopatra with her latest project. Otto is forgotten and gets back at Larry and Tuddrussel by getting Julius Caesar, her actual lover, to persuade Cleopatra to put the pyramids back together and actually rule her country.
  • The Prime Minister Has No Clothes: Winston Churchill, the prime minister who led England through World War II, is also leading everyone into being naked--including Larry
  • Lewis & Clark & Larry: The Time Squad go back to the era of Lewis & Clark, where the exploring duo have broken up a la a dating couple. While Larry is left to comfort Lewis, Tuddrussel and Otto find Clark, who become his exploring partners.
  • Larry Upgrade: After arguing with Tuddrussel over being overworked and under appreciated, the Larry 3000 gets an upgrade, but accidentally gets a downgrade and becomes subservient to Tuddrussel and begins serving him nothing but hamburgers. Note: "Larry Upgrade" is the first Time Squad segment to not feature the Time Squad crew going back in time.
  • Houdini Whodunit?!: After losing a virtual reality game, The Time Squad on a mission to Harry Houdini who is using his illusions for criminal activity
  • Where the Buffalo Bill Roams: Buffalo Bill is a crazed conspirator with his own tabloid magazine that no one reads. He has ludicrous ideas of how Thomas Jefferson was involved with aliens and Abraham Lincoln had a hypnotic eye under his hat. Otto, being sneaky, tells Buffalo Bill that such information is too important to not be heard and that he should get on his horse and send his magazine to the rest of the United States. Thus creating the Pony Express.
  • Kubla Khan't: Tuddrussel tries to fix Kubla Khan, who's now a comic book nerd, by ripping up his comics, but ends up in jail and about to be executed. When Larry and Otto can't get Tuddrussel out, Larry calls Tuddrussel's ex-wife, Sheila and her robot partner, the XJ5.
  • Killing Time: The Time Squad finish a relatively easy assignment in helping Nicholas Copernicus become an astronomer instead of a farmer, but the crew ends up waiting until the Larry 3000 can restart his time travel software in order for them to go home. After they leave, Copernicus cries out, "Wait, what is the sun?!" Note: This is the only episode of Time Squad featuring more than two segments.
  • Keeping It Real with Sitting Bull: The Time Squad must deal with Sitting Bull, who wants to party with younger people after misinterpreting a vision from his ancestors.
  • Confucius Say... Way Too Much: The Time Squad help the Chinese philosopher come up with shorter bits of wisdom.
  • If It's Wright, It's Wrong: The Time Squad head to 1903, where Orville and Wilbur Wright are incompetent stuntmen.
  • Ivan the Untrainable: After a mission to fix Russian king, Ivan the Terrible, Tuddrussel sneaks Ivan back on the satellite and keeps him as a pet, much to Larry's displeasure.
  • Recruitment: A short piece advertising the thrills of being a time cop.
  • Dishonest Abe: Abraham Lincoln grows tired of being honest and upstanding and begins playing pranks on people, and it's up to the Time Squad to give him a taste of his own medicine
  • To Hail with Caesar: After a problem with Tuddrussel messing with the controls, the Time Squad travel to the year 46 BC to rebuild the flimsy city of Rome for Julius Caesar, but by the time the mission's complete, Tuddrussel is hailed the new leader and challenges Caesar to a gladiator match.
  • Daddio Da Vinci: The Time Squad meet up with famous artist and sculptor Leonardo Da Vinci, who is now a beatnik.
  • Every Poe Has a Silver Lining: The Time Squad discover that famed horror writer Edgar Allan Poe is now overly cheerful and writing children's books, and must remind Poe of how horrible the world really is.
  • Napoleon the Conquered: The Time Squad get sentenced to the guillotine when they end up in 18th century France and Buck mistakes the diminutive leader for a child. Things get more complicated when it's revealed that Napoleon's wife is nagging him around and Napoleon is too cowardly to stop her.
  • Blackbeard, Warm Heart: The Time Squad go back to the Age of Pirates, where Edward Teach is more concerned about saving the environment than looting and pillaging.
  • Robin' and Stealin' with Mr. Hood: After Otto and Tuddrussel accidentally smash a hole in the golf dome , Time Squad visits Robin Hood, who is stealing from the poor and giving to the rich instead of robbing from the rich and giving to the poor.
  • Eli Whitney's Flesh Eating Mistake: While searching for Eli Whitney , time cop Buck Tuddrussel and his robot partner, the Larry 3000, end up at an orphanage in 2001, where they discover an orphaned history buff named Otto Osworth and take him with them to complete their mission
  • Betsy Ross Flies Her Freak Flag: While checking up on Beethoven and The Sons of Liberty , the Time Squad get a report from George Washington, whose troops are with Betsy Ross in her Woodstock-esque hippie farm.
  • Tea Time for Time Squad: After being upset with grumpy Tuddrussel , Larry is delighted to discover that instead of dumping tea into the Boston Harbor, the Sons of Liberty are having civilized tea parties. Tuddrussel and Otto have to convince them into dumping the overtaxed colonial beverage for the sake of all America.
  • The Island of Doctor Freud: The Time Squad must go back to the year 1899 to convince Sigmund Freud to stop hypnotizing his patients and making them act like animals
