Article III: The Socialist Republic of Kidal will never attack its former states, occupying forces, nations that are within its interest for its natural resources, or any other adjacent nation. Article IV: The researching and production of nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons will halted, and all research will be confiscated. As well as the desire to become a nuclear state will vanquish. Article V: The use of non-uniform combatants such as militia and guerrilla fighters will be prohibited Articles VI: All trade will be monitored by the occupying forces. Article VII: If any assertiveness or aggression is seen by West Africa, the occupying forces will immediately remove the government and establish a peaceful democracy. - Already occurred. Article VIII: Any prisoners of war will be released back to the other belligerents if any have been taken. Article IX: West Africa will change its nation's name to the Socialist Republic of Kidal due to the fact that Kidal will be its only state after this treaty has been ratified. - Already occurred. Article X: Any attempts to arm the populace will be seen as an act of aggression which then follows back to Article VIII. Article XI: The production of weapons will be monitored by the occupying forces. Article XII: Any attempts to create a war of attrition to the occupying forces will be seen as an act of aggression and will follow back to Article VII. Article XIII: The populace of SRK will be allowed to have the freedom of speech without any interference by the government. Article XIV: The SRK will pay for are all war reprisals. Article XV: Propaganda will not be used by the government of the SRK. Article XVI: SRK shall remain as a sovereign nation but Russia, Korea, the United Kingdom, and the FAP each shall occupy one section of the nation to stabilize it and capture any remaining guerrillas. Article XVII - An occupation force will be established of 2000 troops, in which the SRK will not attack or intervene in any of their objectives. Article XVIII - The SRK will pay for all war reprisals.
