The Mid-Ontario Junior C Hockey League was a Ontario Hockey Association Junior C hockey league in Ontario, Canada. Much of its teams were based just North of Toronto and in the Georgian Triangle of Southwestern Ontario. The league merged with the Georgian Bay Junior C Hockey League in 1994 to create the Georgian Mid-Ontario Junior C Hockey League.

The league merged with the Georgian Bay Junior C Hockey League in 1994 to create the Georgian Mid-Ontario Junior C Hockey League. The league was founded in 1971 as the South-Central Junior D Hockey League. In 1973, the league became the Central Junior C League Group 1 and in 1974 temporarily merged with the Georgian Bay Loop. In 1976 they separated again and the Central Loop became the Mid-Ontario Loop.
