Built as the brainchild of R'hakye, the one-time CEO of SubPro as it made its transition to operation under Caspian Charter. It can accomodate several large starships at a time, and has a trio of slipways that can each house a warship as large as an Imperial-class Star Destroyer. The structure is in high, geo-synchronous orbit of Kichnar, but is often associated with Kichnar Orbital Station. Indeed, SubPro keeps their operations offices and laboratories on KOS, but all production is done on Sloan, or at the elder (and smaller) Victoria Drydocks. Automated skiffs constantly travel back and forth between KOS and the Drydocks, ferrying personnel and modular componentry. There has been extensive discussion and consideration given towards establishing a skyhook between the facilities, but with the unpredictability of Kichnar's wind patterns and electrical storms, many have said that the skyhook would be impractical.
