- Mastery is a skill that every worker has. The more mastery the sum of your workers have, the more likely they are to produce equipment of higher quality. Each point of mastery among all of your hired workers adds to your total mastery. For example: you have 4 workers with Mastery of 5, 10, 12, and 14. This gives you a total of 5 + 10 + 12 + 14 = 41 mastery. Each item you produce is made with 41 mastery. It's really as if you had 4 Workers each with 41 Mastery. There is currently no public formula relating your amount of mastery to the quality of an item being crafted.
