Yul 'Turul (formerly 'Turulee) is a Sangheili blademaster and military leader in service to the New Council of City-States. As shipmaster of the Resolution and Field Master of the Ir'Kono Legion, Yul earned a reputation as a fierce warrior and boisterous commander during the tumultuous Blooding Years and Great Schism. He previously served in the Covenant's Ministry of Fervent Intercession as a highly-ranked Zealot of the Righteous Hand. At the onset of the Great Schism, he joined the separatists led by the Arbiter―Thel 'Vadam―and became a prominent figure within the Swords of Sanghelios for the duration of the conflict.
