  • Dave's never seen any of the advertisements, but has heard a lot about them.
  • Dave ruled out two of the answers, but hadn't seen any of the movies. He said he had a good idea of what the answer was, but decided to his 50:50, eliminating A and C. Dave's original idea, Shine, was still there, so he decided to go with it and won $32,000.
  • Dave did not have a clue, so he decided to Ask the Audience. He then decided to go with them, and won $4,000.
  • Of the remaining 9 contestants, only two got that one right, but Dave was the fastest with 5.63 seconds. Correct order: B-D-C-A
  • A break was taken after the question. Regis and Dave talked about his time in New York; Regis described it as the perfect movie script, as Dave had fallen flat on his face the first night, and on the second, he was on his way to a million dollars.
