Frank the Fox is a character who appears in Moonglow in Ultima VII: The Black Gate, just outside of the Lycaeum. He is a speaking fox. Frank says is a devout follower of Honesty; however, he doesn't quite get the philosophy behind this virtue. Rather, he's telling things exactly how he sees them, without considering the implications. Among other things, he says that the Avatar has a little bit too big nose (among other quite a bit worse things), Dupre drinks too much, Shamino is a coward, and Iolo charges too much for his crossbows and bolts.

Frank looks like other foxes in the game, though he appears to have a green scarf or collar around his neck.
