| - Sav is jamming along with the radio, and on the phone with radio DJ Bullfrog. He has the chance to win tickets to the Deadhead reunion show. He correctly recites the line of one of their hits and wins four tickets and backstage passes! His father comes in and Sav tells him the good news...but Sav's father finds out it's on a school night...50 miles away. He forbids him to go. Sav is crushed, but he has a way to put the tickets to good use. He and Holly J come up with a good fundraising idea for the tickets: the old-fashioned "hands on car" contest, last person to remove their hand wins. Holly J suggests for Sav to ask his dad for his nice new truck, and Sav is a little reluctant. But he figures he can convince his dad. Sav appeals to his father to borrow his trunk for the contest. He even has a slideshow prepared to show how much he's grown. He says that he needs to be treated like an adult and not like he's a kid. He promises he's all grown-up and nothing will happen. Mr. Bhandari decides to let Sav prove him and lets him have the keys. At the contest, Degrassi students have their hands on the car, including Eli, Adam, and Bianca. Eli is desperate to go to the concert, wards off Bianca and a few other kids with his stench. Eli and Adam are last kids standing and they decide to split the four tickets. Adam and Eli help unload the speakers the truck and Adam, carrying a large amp accidentally smashes one of the taillights. Sav is pissed and screams in frustration. Sav is frantically trying to replace the taillight. At The Dot, Eli gives him two of the passes in order to get money to fix the taillight. Peter asks that Eli could be a good friend, and Sav dismissed the idea, saying he's a grade 11. Peter reminds him he was in grade 10 when they formed Studz. Sav sells one to Bianca in order to get the money to fix the truck. Eli and Adam help fix the taillight (complete with Adam's awkward male posturing.) They ask Sav to take him to the concert and to keep his mouth shut about the taillight. Sav asks his father about the concert again, and his father is impressed with his maturity. However, Sav can't keep quiet and tells him the taillight was smashed and replaced. His father is angry and forbids him from going to the concert. Sav is distraught, but he has a idea to keep his parents out of hair -- if his dad won't give him the truck...
