Designed to be released from a capital ship and orbit, and move through the atmosphere till it was within roughly one hundred kilometers of its target before releasing its payload. The fighter had extremely light shielding, primarily meant for repelling debris. Instead, for defense it relied on its massive speed giving to it by two large scramjet boosted ion engines, and its stealth coating. Its speed was so massive that custom heavy inertial dampeners were designed by the Mikaru Corporation just so the pilot wouldn't be knocked unconscious by accelerating or doing a hard bank. It was armed with two light laser cannons in the off chance it needed to defend itself from an enemy attacker, which would normally be seen as being past the point of no return. Its bomb bay carried 12 proton bombs with high accuracy targeting systems allowing it to hit within half a meter of its target after being launched from nearly one hundred kilometers away. While meant for atmospheric flight it could operate at high speeds for short periods of time in space. Its payload was generally enough to decimate a star destroyer, though its use in space was limited.
