She was vice president of Hanna-Barbera's productions from the late 1970's to 1984, when she became president and CEO of Marvel Productions. In 1990, she left to become head of the fledgling Fox Kids network (notably ordering X-Men to series), and stayed there until 1997. From 2010-2014, she was of the Hub TV network, a joint venture between Hasbro and Discovery Communications.

| - Margaret Loesch has worked as an entertainment executive, focusing on animation, family and children's programming, with Marvel Productions Ltd., Hanna Barbera Cartoons, NBC and ABC. While at Marvel, she served as executive producer for Muppet Babies and the animated version of Fraggle Rock. Loesch went on to become worldwide president of FOX's Fox Kids Networks, before leaving in 1998 to become president of Jim Henson Television. During her time with the company, she helped develop Henson's partnership with The Odyssey Channel and served as an executive producer on such programming as Family Rules and Bear in the Big Blue House. After Henson, Loesch served as President/CEO of Crown Media's Hallmark Channel which she launched in 2001 after rebuilding its predecessor, The Odyssey Channel. Loesch resigned and joined Benji creator/director Joe Camp in 2002 to raise the funds to produce the fifth movie of the Benji franchise, Benji Off the Leash. In 2004, after the completion of the movie, Loesch and Camp successfully raised additional capital and independently distributed the film into eight hundred theaters across the U.S. While distributing Benji Off the Leash, Loesch co-founded, along with partners Bruce Stein and Dan Angel, a family and kids entertainment company, The Hatchery LLC. Loesch currently serves as President and CEO of the Hub Network.
