Filippo "Phil" D'Andrea (c. 1890 — unknown) was the bodyguard of Al Capone and later president of the Unione Siciliana. He was the nephew of Anthony D'Andrea, a murdered politician and mafia boss in 1921. Phil D'Andrea became Chicago's Unione president in 1934, when the organization was in a decline. He was one of a group of Chicago crime leaders charged with extortion in the show business industry in 1943.
