The play field (also commonly known as the game screen) is the field of all Dan-Ball games in which the player most interacts with or is otherwise capable of manipulating with the cursor or keyboard. In this area, all features of the game can be applied. In physics-simulation games such as Powder Game, all elements and objects are placed in this field to create certain reactions or other such creations. In non-physics-simulation games such as Stick Ranger, the play field is the area in which the game takes place, and all action occurs.
