| - Sykes is the main antagonist from Disney's 1988 movie, Oliver & Company, despite having little screen time. He is based on the Bill Sikes of Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist, of which the film is actually a modern reimagining. This Sykes is a Mafia crime boss who operates out of a warehouse by the docks and the owner of two Dobermans, Roscoe and DeSoto. He was voiced by Robert Loggia.

- In episode 2.4 Annie met a new ghost named Sykes. Sykes is a ghost who died during World War Two after his plane presumably crashed. He wears an RAF Pilot uniform, as that is what he died in. His physical age is 23 and in Ghost Years is 89, we first see him when he saves Annie from the door and agrees to teach her to do the same. He doesn't tell Annie much about his past, but at the end of the episode opens up about his death. Sykes hasn't gone through his door because of his reluctance to meet his ex comrades, who died because of a mistake he made. He left Annie at the end of the episode and hasn't been seen since - although he was mentioned in the subsequent episode by another ghost because he had been telling them about Annie, and in Mr. Rook's leaked emails. - Sykes is the manager of the Whale Wash where Oscar is employed. He and Oscar have a history before the movie is introduced; due to Oscar's constant get-rich-quick schemes, he owes Sykes over five thousand clams in debt and Oscar doesn't appear to be bothered by this. We learn that Sykes is also employed as a henchman for Don Lino, the head of a mafia group of sharks. It is revealed here that, much like he and Oscar, Sykes and Don have a history together, as the latter is quoted by saying, "Now, you and me, we worked together a long, long, long time."
- Dr. Sykes is the head of the prison infirmary in the Season 8 episode Twenty Vicodin. He was portrayed by actor Thom Barry. We first see Dr. Sykes when Jessica Adams is examining Nick. When House criticizes Adams' diagnosis of gonorrhea, Sykes is the one who tells Adams that House used to be a doctor. House contrives to get injured so he will be sent back to the infirmary, and he goes to give Nick the aspirin himself. When the guards stop him, Adams gives Nick the aspirin himself. When nothing happens, Sykes orders House taken out and fires Adams.

- After Cole Turner renounced his demonic legacy, Sykes sought to emulate him. He even took Cole's former minion, the Shadow Demon, under his employ. He took on Cole's old cover as an Assistant District Attorney in order to get close to and kill good witches. He first set his sights on the Triple Crescent Coven, and succeeded in killing three of its members. He would have killed a fourth, Susan Coleman, had the Charmed Ones not intervened.
