The Port of Alexandria was a port located in the city of Alexandria, near Washington, D.C. Starkwood director Jonas Hodges arranged for a bioweapon developed in Sangala to be delivered at the port. To facilitate the receiving of the weapon, Hodges' men bribed the Port Authority supervisor, Carl Gadsen, to just allow them remove the container from the port without asking questions. They told him they were smuggling electronics from South Korea to convince him.

They told him they were smuggling electronics from South Korea to convince him. During Day 7, the shipment arrived to the port. Shortly after 10:20pm, Stokes and his men arrived to pick up the weapon. There, a shootout occurred between the Starkwood men and two attackers, Jack Bauer and Tony Almeida. Gadsen was spared from execution, but the mercenaries captured Tony and stole one of the port's freight helicopters to recapture their cargo. ("Day 7: 10:00pm-11:00pm")
