If you are referring to on this site, Naruto Answers, there is an orange tab under the title of a question after it is posted. If the post is unanswered, it will say "Rename", if it is not, it will say "Edit". A question can be renamed at any point, even after it is answered, if the question was already answered and the Rename tab is gone, just go to the down scroll bar next to the "Edit" tab and click on "Rename" and follow the instructions. Questions can be renamed to fix grammar or clarify a question that was too vague, However, make sure you follow proper Question Guidelines and Answering Policy.
