  • Earl Hammond (June 17, 1921 — May 17, 2002) was an American actor and voice actor. He was born Erwin Saul Hamburger in New York. He started his career as a radio actor and then went on to star in a number of TV series as well as appearing in three Broadway plays. Late in his career, he became a voice actor, supplying voice-overs for the TV series Star Blazers, The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers, Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Video, Silverhawks, and ThunderCats. He provided the voice of Mumm-Ra, Jaga, and several other characters on ThunderCats.
  • He is one of the voice actors from the Dr. Seuss Beginner Book Video series. You will hear him in: Marvin K. Mooney Will You Please Go Now! as the Narrator. Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You? as Mr. Brown making noises and the Narrator. Oh Say Can You Say? Narrator only at the beginning saying "Said a book reading Parrot Named Hooey."
