- *After the Kazakhians leaving, most of the cities that had the infrastructure for the technology are destroyed. It is unknown who/what the Kazakhians really were, or how did they advance their technology so quickly. However, there is still normal military robots in the country.
- * Southwestern parts of the USA – including Nevada, Arizona and southern California – are now faced with crippling water shortages, on a scale normally only seen in Third World countries. Lake Mead, key source of water for over 25 million people , is running dry as a result of climate change. Increased population growth and associated demand for water resources have also played a part. The Third Mexican-American war have also partly caused the problem within the South-West.
* A move towards full independence as a sovereign state now seemed likely for Greenland. Some remained sceptical that a country with such a low population and apparent lack of natural resources could sustain itself. It was still heavily reliant on fishing, tourism and the annual block grants from Denmark. However, Greenland's economy was about to undergo a major expansion.
* Temperatures on both land and sea have continued to rise. By the early 2020s they are 1°C higher relative to 1961-1990. This is merely the global average, however – many inland areas are subjected to larger fluctuations. Great Plains in the USA is one such region. Kansas, Nebraska and other nearby states are now experiencing "dustbowl" conditions similar to those seen in the 1930s.
* In order to cut real estate costs, become more eco-friendly, and attract the growing number of people seeking work-life balance, most companies by now have adopted a "work wherever you want, whenever you want" policy. An increasingly global talent pool is emerging, with firms aggressively pursuing the best available workers – regardless of where they reside. Recruitment has shifted away from traditional print adverts and online jobs boards, focussing instead on social networking sites.
* Most of the latest electric/electronic devices now have antennas in place of batteries, drawing power from a single node mounted in the ceiling of a room. This eliminates the need for multiple wall sockets and bulky cables, greatly reducing clutter in homes and workplaces. It also allows for lighter and more compact handheld devices than ever before.
* Twenty years on from 9/11, mind readers are now a common feature of airport security, as well as sports stadiums and other high profile events. This technology faced problems to begin with, as there were false positives recorded by the machines – but recent advances in neuroscience and computer analysing software have greatly improved their accuracy.

Since the city is near the US-Mexican border, the group's members easily flee back to the city of El Paso,in the US. The leaders decide to ask the government of the United States to give them all the members of the Anti-Mexican group. Because of the last war, the US government decides not to give the members to Mexico. Tensions are growing once again between the United States and Mexico, and there is a possibility that a war will erupt.
* Due to the loss of the war against Mexico, several secession movements form in the United States, especially in the Western and Southern areas.
* The spreading of Ebola stops. Due to the works of the scientists, a cure is found. The group of nations who volunteered to help stopping the Ebola outbreak give the vaccine to the governments of the 'infected countries'.
* The Euro Crisis ends.
* Due to the good relations between Iraq and the Middle Eastern Federation, and also for the help against terrorism, Iraq accepts the Federation's proposal. Syria and Lebanon refuses to join because the lack of borders and the help against terrorists.

*Because of seeing the success of the Bulgar religion, people all around the world start believing in old religions again. Around Sinai, Israel and North Egypt , the Ancient Egyptian religion begins to strengthen again. Due to the Native Americans gaining more support, the old Native American religions start to grow again. In Northern Europe, the old Germanic religion revives in the area around Hannover, while in Fennoscandia the old Nordic religions start gaining more followers. In Western Bulgaria, Southeastern Serbia and Macedonia, a group of people start to follow the old Slavic religion. In the Middle Eastern Federation, Zoroastrianism becomes popular again, gaining millions of followers around the area.In Nippon Shinto like it was Before Buddhism came returns in full force taking the islands by storm and even going into Russia and Korea-Sakwon.In People call this phenomenon as the Religious Comeback. Because these religions had almost became extinct, they start to modernize and start to match the modern people's requirements.
*Due to The Golden Commonwealth becoming the ultimate alliance against outsiders, tensions start to grow between its members.
